Each session focuses on improving hip, shoulder, and thoracic spine mobility, the three areas most responsible for functional strength, efficient lifting, and pain-free movement.
Whether you’re a CrossFit athlete looking to enhance your overhead positions, squat depth, and recovery, or someone who simply wants to move with more freedom in everyday life — this class is for you.
Expect a mix of mindful breathing, mobility work, and functional flows that support longevity and resilience — the kind that keeps you hiking wooded trails, picking up your kids or grandkids, and staying active for years to come.
