The Inversion Method is a beginner-friendly, strength and skill-based inversion workshop designed to help you explore going upside down in a way that feels strong, supported, and fun! Over the course of this 2 hour workshop, we’ll break inversions down into their essential building blocks. You’ll move through targeted accessory strength work for the shoulders, core, and hips, paired with skill-based drills that build balance, body awareness, and confidence. |
