Though the specifics of each plan are unique to the client, they all contain three common starting points:
- Determine what and how much you're consuming currently.
- Align your activity levels with your goals
- Implement a specific approach to your nutrition to move toward your goal.

- The amount of calories and macronutrients you need to consume daily to reach your health and physique goals. If that was all gibberish, don't worry, we'll cover what it means.
- Various different approaches to reaching the above needs.
- 6 sample meals built specifically for your preferred foods and caloric needs.
- An education on how to read labels, estimate food portions, and measure foods.
- Daily food tracking sheet.
- Grocery lists of foods that include what to eat most often, sometimes, and less often. No foods are restricted! That's not how I roll.
- 2 pages of information on how to adjust your approach if you're not reaching your goals.

- I'll take you to coffee at your favorite place where we will have a discussion about where you want to go in life, and what you're willing to do to get there. This is my opportunity to get to know you, your dreams and desires, where you've been, and where you want to end up.
- Monthly body composition readings, if desired, and if you live locally.
- Monthly sit down (over Zoom, phone, or in person), to evaluate where you are, and where you want to go next.
- Weekly email check-ins.
- Weekly 15 - 20 minute Zoom, phone, or face to face conversations.
- Daily access to me to help you answer questions.
- Sample grocery lists.
- Sample meals.
- A real nutrition education that you'll take with you for years to come.
