REMOTE TRAINING
How does it work? What does it include? First, you and I will do a free Discovery Call to see if Remote Training seems like a good route for you, and if we'll be a good fit for one another (this can be accomplished over zoom or we can meet in person if you are within a one hour radius). If you're local-ish, you have the option of getting a monthly body composition readings. This does require an in person meeting. We'll complete comprehensive assessments to find out where your fitness and mobility are now, so I can meet you there in your programming. Weekly Zoom Check-Ins with me for the first 4 - 6 weeks to get and give feedback and revisit your goals. When we feel it's appropriate, this turns into every 2 - 4 week Zoom check - ins. Up to 4 workouts programmed per week each month. |
