After your fitness assessment, you and I will discuss how many sessions per week/month will progress you to your bottom line in the most efficient manner; taking into account your fitness and health level now versus where you want to be, your schedule, and resources.  Below you'll see your session package options.

REMOTE TRAINING
$349 / month

Includes:
~In person initial consult to see if we'll be a good fit for one another (this can be accomplished over zoom or we can meet in person if you are within a one hour radius).

~Monthly body composition readings (if local).

~Comprehensive assessments to find out where your fitness and mobility are now, so I can meet you there in your programming (don't worry, these assessments aren't scary!)

~Weekly Zoom Check-In with me to get and give feedback and revisit your goals.
