Protein Overnight Oats

Easy prep at night, quick and convenient breakfast in the morning full of proteins, carbs, fats, and fiber.

Throw the following in a jar:

- 1/2 cup old fashioned or quick oats

-1 serving of your favorite protein powder (I use 2 scoops of Vital Proteins Chocolate Collagen.

-1 tbsp nut butter or 1/8 cup of nuts (I used Barney's Almond Butter)

-1 tbsp PB Fit powder (optional)

-1/2 banana

-1/4 cup blueberries

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

-Pinch of sea salt

-Milk of Choice - pour until it covers all of your ingredients, or your jar is full; roughly 1/2 - 1 cup (I use unsweetened cashew milk)

MACRO BREAKDOWN:
Proteins:  27.5 grams
Carbs:  55 grams
Fats:  14 grams
Fiber:  11 grams
Total Calories:   427
