Love these!! The recipe made 6 muffins for me since I don't have a donut pan and I baked them for 20 minutes instead of 10 at 350 degrees. I used regular unbleached flour, sugar, olive oil and 2% milk but next time will try the recipe with gluten free flour and almond milk.
